Lyrics from The Wheel Turns
Will You Still Love Me?

Autumn's here twilight's falling all across the land.
Summer's passing daylight's fading the wheel turns again.
Will you still love me?

When winter comes wild winds raging blowing from the north.
Night is reigning the icy queen calls a blizzard forth.
Will you still love me? Will you still love me?

Spring brings changes wild ones winged flying from southern climes.
Dawning day brings bright array to the newborn time.
Will you still love me?

Summer ripens life runs rampant growing toward the sun.
Daylight's reign celebrates when the work is done.
Will you still love me? Will you still love me?

All things change all things pass by the Lady's hand.
I will meet with you again in the Summerland.
Will you still love me? Will you still love me?

Sonrise

I was cast out on the longest night, into the outer darkness.
Midwinter cold oh, the wind did blow, I heard the thunder.
I walked and I walked to clear my head of all experienced notions,
I could feel myself cast adrift on the sea of emotion.
In my body it's that time of year blanketed in snow.
The earth is quiet, the land lies sleeping, I feel the cold.

The night goes on and on and on, on and on and on.
Life goes on and on and on, on and on and on.

Then in the distance I see a light, and I move toward it.
I smell a fire, spices fragrant, as a door it opens.
Come in from the cold my hostess greets me, stay with me tonight. We await the birth of the Sun Child, on this blessed Yule, on this blessed Yule.

The Sun was born in my heart that moment, when she took my hand. Love and peace and joy will spread, all across the land.
So, spread the fire from heart to heart, pass on the tradition.
Love all life and each other, feel divine connection, the sublime connection.

Life goes on and on and on, on and on and on. When love goes on and on and on, on and on and on. On and on and on.

Geneology of Brighid

Every day and every night that I say the Geneology of Brighid
I shall not be killed.
I shall not be harried.
I shall not be put into a cell.
I shall not be wounded.
No fire, no sun, no moon shall burn me.
No lake, no water, no sea shall drown me.
For I am the child of Poetry,
Poetry, child of Reflection,
Reflection, child of Meditation,
Meditation, child of Lore,
Lore, child of Research,
Research, child of Great Knowledge,
Great Knowledge, child of Intelligence,
Intelligence, child of Comprehension,
Comprehension, child of Wisdom,
Wisdom, child of Brighid.

(Old Irish poem. C. 800-c.e.)

Bridefire

I call to Bride, heart of light, please bring your fire from the night.
I call to Bride, keeper of flame, please heal my heart when I call your name.

I call to Bride, heart of light, please bring your fire from the night.
I call to Bride, keeper of flame, please heal my heart when I call your name.

I feel Bridefire! I feel Bridefire! I feel Bridefire!
Quickening in my body, quickening in my soul!

I call to Bride, heart of light, please bring your fire from the night.
I call to Bride, keeper of flame, please heal my heart when I call your name.
Please, heal my heart when I call your name.

Persephone Return

I was called from the night.
I was called to serve the light.
Persephone return, Persephone return!
Persephone return, Persephone return!
And will you bring the spring?

I was called from below.
Where I served, tending souls.
Persephone return, Persephone return!
Persephone return, Persephone return!
And will you bring the spring?
And will you bring the spring?

I was called from the night.
Where I served, served the light!
Where I served, tending souls!
Persephone return, Persephone return!
Persephone return, Persephone return!
And will you bring the spring?
And will you bring the spring?

Beltane Fire

I was at a celebration, I started thinking of you,
Our friends were jumping the bonfire, hand in hand, like we used to do.
I know it's been a long time, since we called each other friend,
I hope we heal our friendship, so we can jump the bonfire again.

We can jump the Beltane fire, hand in hand jump the Beltane fire. Jump the Beltane fire, hand in hand jump the Beltane fire.

I know a lot has happened, water under the bridge,
I hope we both grow past it, so we can jump the bonfire again.
The world needs more friendship, sometimes it's hard to do,
As we consider the bonfire, I will hold out my hand to you.

We can jump the Beltane fire, hand in hand jump the Beltane fire.
Jump the Beltane fire, hand in hand jump the Beltane fire.
Jump the Beltane fire, hand in hand jump the Beltane fire.
Jump the Beltane fire, hand in hand jump the Beltane fire.

Longest Day

Starlit day Sun is overhead and ablaze.
Southern fire Passion is igniting all desire.

Longest night, is when we pray for light, When daylight comes

Summer's here We celebrate the turning of the year.
Longest day Warm our hearts and spirits while we play.

Longest night, is when we pray for light,
When daylight comes Longest night, is when we pray for light,
When daylight comes.

Our hearts give thanks For the Spirit that manifests as Grace.
Hold it dear Let it warm our hearts throughout the year.

Longest night, is when we pray for light When daylight comes

Harvest Time

In the spring you planted the seeds and now you've got a harvest.
Didn't you know you reap what you sow and now the fields are full. Mama always told me to choose your crops carefully
Because what you plant in spring you'll be putting up in fall.

It's harvest time, it's harvest time,
Because what you plant in spring you'll be putting up in fall.

It's harvest time, it's harvest time,
Because what you plant in spring you'll be putting up in fall.

Hey there, take a care of what you say and do.
For in these deeds and words are seeds of what will come to you.
So plant and tend your life with love, feel and share the Grace.
Dance the dance at harvest time and feel the sun on your face.

It's harvest time, it's harvest time,
Dance the dance at harvest time and feel the love and the Grace. Dance the dance at harvest time and feel the sun on your face,
Dance the dance at harvest time and feel the love and the Grace,
Feel the love and the Grace.

Mabon

Mabon, the time of equal dark and light.
The grapes are ripe, sunflowers hang their heavy heads.

Persephone, the dead are calling you,
Time to leave your mother's arms and tend to them.
Persephone, the dead are calling you,
Time to leave your mother's arms and tend to them.

The waters in the west are healing.   They cleanse the spirit and soothe the soul.
The waters in the west are healing.  Tears touch our hearts from below.

Mabon, the day will soon give way to night.
The birds are restless, south they will descend in flight.

Persephone, the dead are calling you,
Descend to them to heal them with your heart.
Persephone, the dead are calling you,
Descend to them to heal them with you soul.

The waters in the west are healing.

Hallows

In the hollow of the hills a bonfire burns
Attended by a few in the old ways.
A crossroads stands there, it's a doorway to another realm,
A realm within, a realm without.
In the dark of night a fire burns bright
Contrasting with the mists and shifts of gray,
They say the veil is thin in this time between the worlds
You can talk to those who have gone before.

A chill creeps up your spine or is it just the wind
Blowing leaves and rattling through the trees.
Darkness settles in the veil has worn thin
Look deeply into the mirror if you dare.

The voices that you hear are from those you once held dear
Then they slipped beyond to the other side.
Or they're voices from before ancestors now no more
Who's names have faded from the livings' minds.
Gratefully say their names in the hollow of the hills
Where you tend the fire burned in the old ways.
For those names you do not know say a prayer for all of those
Honoring all ancestors who have gone before.

The Wheel Turns

Bit by bit the wheel turns around
See the leaves falling to the ground.
Leaves are falling, falling from the trees
Blown from their perches by a chilly breeze.
Leaves are falling, falling from the trees
Blown from their perches by a chilly breeze.
The wheel is turning, Autumn when it's here
Brings its changes to the time of year.

Bit by bit the wheel turns around
Snowflakes are dancing though they make no sound.
Dancing, drifting, swirling in the air Blanketing silence everywhere.
Dancing, drifting, swirling in the air Blanketing silence everywhere.
The wheel is turning Winter when it's here,
Brings its changes to the time of year.

Bit by bit the wheel turns around
Birds are flying up from down south.
Joyous songs pouring from their breasts
Wooing a mate to a feathered nest.
Joyous songs pouring from their breasts
Wooing a mate to a feathered nest.
The wheel is turning Spring when it's here
Brings its changes to the time of year.

Bit by bit the wheel turns around
Sunlight is blazing heat is pouring down.
Growing, greening, warming up the land
Fruits of the field held in our hand.
Growing, greening, warming up the land
Fruits of the field held in our hand.
The wheel is turning Summer when it's here
Brings its changes to the time of year.

The wheel is turning each season when it's here
Brings its spirit to the time of year.
Brings its spirit to the time of year.
